About

Moclips-By-The-Sea Historical Society, which operates the Museum of the North Beach, has partnered with Washington State Parks and Recreation to develop this property into a premier State Park.

The Depot measured 40' by 100' and had a waiting room, ticket office and freight room on the ground floor.  Upstairs was a two bedroom apartment for use by the station master.  A raised wooden platform existed along the East side of the building next to the tracks.  The future building will be home to The Museum of the North Beach.  The space will allow for larger and more complete displays, museum store, museum office, classroom, and production room.  Community functions and meetings can also be held in the space.
